At Quarrioneth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D modeling course enrollment. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of enrollment
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • The course has not met the description provided at the time of purchase
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course, and we cannot resolve them

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since enrollment
  • You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have completed the course or received a certificate
  • You violated our Terms of Use
  • You purchased the course during a promotional period with special terms

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your 3D modeling course:

  • Contact us at office@quarrioneth.world
  • Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  • Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Course Cancellation by Quarrioneth

If we cancel a course or it becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal or greater value.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. This is at the sole discretion of quarrioneth management.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to view course content or participate in course activities.

Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our support team. We will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

This Return Policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to additional remedies if our courses fail to meet consumer guarantees.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
